Thanks, Mike. Not utopia; if past governments hadn't failed Britain so badly this is where we would be already. These policies are a minimum to get us back where we should be. Delivery is at the heart of our party and UKpopdems' Treasury spokesman has a detailed funding proposal to make sure it can happen.
