Royal Mail discord

The disharmony in the Royal mail is damaging to everyone; employees, business users, ordinary people and our country. You have to read between the lines to see how things could be better with UKpopdems. Because Royal Mail is owned by us, the taxpayer, it is really a public service. And UKpopdems expect efficiency from public services, not profit. We expect public sector employees to be treated the same as their bosses; the percent rise for one is the rise for the other; the conditions for one are the conditions for the other; the impact of efficiency on the one is the same as the other. We expect teamwork, vocation, openness and respect, not warfare.
