Bali agreement

Whatever you may think about the irony of the Bali agreement, where delegates from 189 countries and other hangers on chucked out enough CO2 emissions on their own to raise world temperatures, the fact is that these countries talked and they agreed through peer pressure. If this is the issue that starts nations talking seriously and compassionately, instead of warring, then there's hope yet for equally pressing subjects such as world peace and the eradication of poverty.
