Are they all at it?

The welcome news of Hain´s resignation and Derek Conway´s sacking are steps in the right direction. But there´s a feeling common among British voters that MPs of all parties are at it wherever they think they can get away with it. A recent Telegraph poll confirms this. No less than 90% of respondents expected that MPs would bend the rules on expenses and donations. This is scandalous and it´s time for drastic action. MPs should be serving us and setting an example, not serving themselves. This lack of public trust shows that MPs must be much more regulated than they are, with regular inspections into their affairs without notice being the norm.
