Parents guilty on youth crime?

Raising children is difficult, very difficult, especially for single parents. It's easy to blame them for their childrens' misdemeanours when this and past governments offer no practical help. Where are they supposed to turn? UKpopdems is putting vastly more front-line police and social support on the streets, right there where people live. Parents will only need to open the door to get help. We'll encourage parents to call early for assistance with their kids and we'll make sure they get it. It's only parents not making that call, who don't care, that deserve blame.
